NZ Radio Training School Selects AEQ Capitol IP

NZ Radio Training School Selects AEQ Capitol IP

Program Manager Larry Summerville and Technical/Production Manager Kim Adamson select Capitol IP to train the next generation of Broadcasters

After discussing the needs of the school (current and future) with Wireless Components, it was identified that there was a strong desire to move to newer techology including Audio over IP (AoIP). The ease of use and flexibility of Dante made it a natural fit for Whiteria, who found the Capitol IP console to be a perfect fit for their primary studio.

Using AVRA and the Capitol IP, the School has a 24/7 video and audio stream for their listeners/viewers, This technology is the perfect learning platform, as it equips their students with the skills to handle all forms of broadcasting, including time spent in front of the camera.

Wireless Components supported the installation, and supplied microphones, cameras, AVRA software and the Capitol IP console. A second and third studios are being planned as the feedback from the initial console have been fantastic.
