KLFM Installs New Transmission Equipment

General Manager Brad Geier was pleased to select Broadcast Components for the supply of KLFM transmission equipment

Broadcast Components has been working with Brad and the KLFM team for a number of years and has supported equipment upgrades in the studio environment loaned equipment during an emergency outage and planned infrastructure for the transmission facilities. Following a challenging grant cycle in 2017, we were pleased to offer payment terms to KLFM to allow parts of that infrastructure plan to progress immediately.

We recommended the Sielco STL solution due to a wideband capability and excellent RF specifications. Coupled with the supplied 1kW RVR transmitter and Pira RDS encoder, KLFM are clean and clear on 95.6 and 106.3

After a successful installation, the team from KLFM were happy to share the following https://broadcastcomponents.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2022/02 of their installed equipment and were proud to say that Broadcast Components would be their primary equipment supplier into the future.
