Hay FM Installs UPS and V3 Transmitter

Hay FM Installs UPS and V3 Transmitter

Broadcast Components have been working with Hay FM as their equipment supplier and technical support for years.

After a recent catastrophic equipment failure, we worked with CBF to support the station with a quick support grant for their transmission facility.

Bianca, Operations manager and sales support for Broadcast Components, was able to set the transmitter up before it left our facilities. This allowed the team from Hay FM a quick changeover as the unit was shipped “plug and play”!

We were thankful to have this feedback from the station-

“As it was plug and play, things went smoothly.

The reports from the local community is the sound from the transmission is a lot better then it was before.”

We were also able to support the station with a UPS and surge protection to limit the chance of a future issues.

Please contact us if you need any support with your technical capabilities. From the microphone to the transmitter, and outside broadcast!
