Broadcast Components was pleased to support Fraser Coast Community Radio with their studio rebuild.
Broadcast Components met with Fraser Coast FM to discuss their studio needs and assess equipment already in use. A company introduction was made including the range of solutions from micophone to transmitter we could offer the station. The Capitol IP was introduced and of particular interest to the station. We were then able to offer multiple quotes with various options for the studio to allow the board to make a final decision in consultation with the members. Broadcast Components were able to incorporate some of the stations existing equipment into the new studio design, thus keeping costs to a minimum whilst still updating vital equipment.
Fraser Coast selected the Capitol IP due to it’s suberb quality and DANTE Audio Over IP capabilities. The Capitol IP is easy to install and comes with factory terminated cables, making onsite configuration and training quick and simple.
Broadcast Components were able to supply:
- AEQ Capitol IP Counter-Sunk, complete with full cable set
- Netbox 8 AD – Audio interface with cabling solution
- HB-02’s – desktop faceplate connector for microphone and headphone
- Multican – Headphone AMP, single input to four output
- USB Adapter – RCA to USB
