Brian Shearston was delighted with the flexbility and capabilty of the Phoenix Alio and OB Kit

 As the Chairman and technician for Coast FM  Brian worked with the team at Broadcast Components on a grant to supply and commission an OB Kit for the station. During the recent challenges, they have deployed the unit as a ready made portable studio. The configuration of the kit by Bianca at Broadcast Components HQ means that wherever you are located, the system will link to the studio quickly and automatically due to the auto-dial functionality.

We had a full calendar of events for the new OB unit until the virus hit. But the unit was very successful at the only OB we managed to get in at the Steam Fest in Sheffield. It has been a great standby unit for broadcasting at home (Devonport) during the Lockdown of our studio in Wynyard. I have attached a few pictures you maybe able to use in your next promotion
