Christian Media Hub Outside Broadcast Success

Broadcast Components supplied and installed the Phoenix codecs for CMH Christian Media Hub (CMH) approached Broadcast Components for assistance in designing, planning and implementing their Outside Broadcast technology for improved community engagement and revenue capability.

We were pleased to offer a turnkey package including-
– Phoenix Alio codec mixer and Phoenix Mercury rack mounted studio codec
– Dual SIM card 4GX modem/router
– Broadcast Headsets
– Wireless microphone kit

The installation included creating a mix-minus in the existing mixing console to allow duplex (bidirectional) audio. Moving forward the Christian Media Hub will be able to use the Phoenix codecs as a shared resource between the Hub member stations at Bathurst, Orange, Wagga Wagga and Dubbo. The internal phone book allows presenters to quickly and easily select the destination for their broadcast, including to multiple sites at the same time.
