Batchelor Institute have installed a Capitol IP with DANTE and full cabling solution, Netbox 8 with full cabling solution, DSPXtra-FM Audio processor, Phoenix Mercury with rack kit and UPS.
The Batchelor Community Radio Station is a part of the CAAMA network. They broadcast Radio Rum Jungle onsite at the Batchelor Institute Campus and is also used as a teaching facility.
Broadcast Components were approached by Rob Mitchell (technician) to help kit out their new studio. They were after a digital solution and after much discussion chose the AEQ Capitol IP with DANTE giving their studio the ability to broadcast over IP.
Broadcast Components were able to also supply:

- Phoenix Mercury with rack kit
- DSPXtra-FM Audio processor
- PSA 1 studio boom arms with PSM 1 shock mounts for microphones
- Multican headphone amplifiers
- HB-02 headphone mic controllers
